We only accept high-quality photos and videos. Modern smartphones (iPhone 12 and newer, recent Android flagships) are fully capable of producing professional-grade content for social media — the technology has advanced significantly. The key factors that make or break quality are natural light, a clean background, and a steady hand. A blurry, dark, or pixelated submission will not be approved.

That said, a professional camera or photographer is always welcome — and that level of quality absolutely shows. If your franchise has access to a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or works with a local photographer from time to time, we strongly encourage it. Higher production value earns stronger engagement and reflects better on the Happier at Home brand.

Frequently asked questions

Your smartphone genuinely produces great results for social media content — especially with good natural light and a real moment. That said, if your franchise occasionally works with a local photographer, that quality absolutely shows and is always welcome. The key is natural light, a clean background, the Happier at Home shirt, and a genuine interaction. When in doubt, shoot near a window or outdoors.
Yes — and we encourage it! Once the Happier at Home marketing team approves and posts the content on the main Happier at Home channels, you're welcome to repost it on your franchise's social pages. Please do not post anything publicly before receiving approval.
A square is completed once your submission is reviewed and approved by the Happier at Home marketing team. Simply submitting does not count — it must go through review. You'll be notified once approved and can then mark off your square on your printed card.
The marketing team will explain what needs to change and you're welcome to revise and resubmit for the same square. The goal is always to help you get great content approved — not to be a barrier. When in doubt, reach out before submitting and we can give you feedback first.
That's completely fine — never pressure anyone. Simply choose a different content type that doesn't feature identifiable individuals. There are several squares on the card that work perfectly without needing a release form.
Yes — the Happier at Home shirt is strongly encouraged but not a hard blocker. A clean, professional appearance still works. If you need branded shirts for your team, contact the marketing team and we'll help get them to you.
Take a photo of your completed printed bingo card and email the Happier at Home marketing team. We'll cross-reference your approved Asana submissions and arrange your prize from there. The marketing team will be in touch.
